Netorareta Bakunyuu Tsuma-tachi Episode 1

Hitomi, a dissatisfied and emotionally unstable housewife, feels trapped in a cold, childless marriage. Her loneliness makes her vulnerable, and when her husband's nephew tries to comfort her with a massage, the situation quickly turns intimate. Unable to confess her infidelity, Hitomi spirals into desire and pleasure, drifting further and further away from her married life. This story doesn't seem to have a happy ending... at least not in couples therapy.
